Financial Remittances
You agree to remit the fees associated with any products you purchase, and by doing so, you grant us authorization to charge your designated debit or credit card, or utilize alternative
payment methods (such as direct debit or mobile wallet) for those charges. The Company collaborates with third-party payment processors to furnish you with convenient payment options

Upon purchasing, you expressly undertake not to utilize invalid or unauthorized payment methods. In the event of payment failure coupled with continued access to the enrolled product,

Refund Rights
If the product you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 14 days of your purchase of the product, that Company refund your account. We reserve the right to
refund at our discretion. Your refund may also be impacted by the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your product (website or mobile
app), statutory fees and taxes as well as other factors. No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed.
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services.
End of Service
- If you do not want your Membership to automatically renew after the current annual period, you must notify us in writing at least three months in advance to avoid incurring the Annual Fee for the subsequent Annual Period.
- You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. However, the Annual Fee remains payable for the remainder of the current annual period, and no refund will be issued for any Annual Fee already paid.

- Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Company's trademarks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. You are not permitted to use any of the Company's trademarks, including Certified, on any platform, document, or other materials following termination, and you must ensure that any third parties marketing on your behalf also comply with this provision.
